VIRTUAL ASSISTANT

1Asistan is a new startup company that will provide personal and executive assistance for busy people. We hire remote workers to join our team as virtual assistants at the convenience of their homes. 1A's (Virtual 1Assistan’s) directly interact with our clients and act as their designated contact person. 1A's have the flexibility of working from home at their own free time as long as they have a stable internet connection and a quiet working environment.

We are willing to become the leader in the personal assistant industry in Turkey and differentiate ourselves through not differentiating between any request. Every request we receive is super important, and we go the extra mile to provide excellent customer service to our clients.

1Asistan’s will perform a variety of tasks for their clientele within the personal and executive assistant spectrum. 1A's are concierge/assistant hybrids since our 1A's handle anything from booking a flight to New York, to researching chiropractors in Trabzon, finding a small sushi restaurant in Izmir, interviewing a cook for clients’ office to managing a client's busy schedule.

Based on the plan that our clients will subscribe to, our clients will have a specific number of hours that they can use our assistance services. You will be asked to keep a log of the hours worked using our time tracking system.

What we expect from our 1 Asistan Virtual Assistants

• Fast responses to clients' questions and requests

• Strong desire and passion to help clients and a positive attitude

• Excellent multi tasking skills

• Fluent in verbal and written Turkish and English, additional language knowledge is preferred

• Internet savviness

• Strong organizational skills

• Strong problem solving skills

• Familiarity with standard assistant tools like Google Docs, Google Calendar, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint etc.

• Strong internet research skills

• Strong communication skills

• Stable phone access; Turk Telekom landline or dependable cell phone

• Availability during working hours (8AM-6PM) to respond to and engage with your clients

• ADSL or Cable broadband internet connection

Key for success; is for you to be passionate about people, excellent at communication and be comfortable with technology. You will need to have a knack for creative problem solving and conflict resolution, and possess a keen mind and a big heart.

Our assistants come from different walks of life, be it stay-at-home mothers who want to earn some additional income from the comfort of their home, or college-students looking to offset their tuition while setting their own hours.
