Project Manager

AE3000 specialized on EPC and O&M service providers based on Renewable Energy especially Solar and Biogas. Company is looking for the candiatates who could manage the issue described at required qualifications,   

• Fluent English
• 5 years Experience,
• Managing and following all processes about existing and new projects and inform the director,
• Maintaining and managing and all communication and relations with investors, potential business partners, suppliers, service& consulting companies and with related official institutions.
• Generating, organizing and managing project teams for notified projects.
• Procuring the project requirements like workforce, required information, various agreements and material or technology needed to accomplish project objectives
• Managing the constraints of the project management triangle, which are cost, time, scope and quality
• To provide a solution for the problems in the operation and the client side and report to the director.
• To organise meetings with team leaders to get informations about performances, quality targets, performances of the agents etc. and transfer the information from the top management.
• To prepare reports about income / expenses about projects,
• To meet the demands from the clients and get in touch with the related departments if any problems happen.
  
• To control the salary, bonuses and performances of the team leaders and the team members.
• To follow the annual permits of the team.
