To become Sales Manager responsible for building future value of assigned territory by directing Steel Silo sales and achieving corporate goals and sales quotas through direct sales. Ensuring customer satisfaction and communicates corporate mission to increase sales and improve service. Must be able to relocate in İstanbul.

Knowledge and Experience

  • BS degree or equivalent - Business/Marketing/Engineering
  • Min 2-4 years sales experience
  • Consultive sales skills
  • Organization and planning skills
  • PC skills - Microsoft Office
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and take initiative

 

Aranan Nitelikler

  • Collaborate with Management Team to fulfill responsibilities as well as to facilitate implementation of corporate objectives to support business plan. Participate in and actively support all company programs and initiatives in Steel Silo Sales.
  • Perform responsibilities to proactively meet requirements of internal ( Turkey ) and external customers.
  • Perform job responsibilities with attention to quality and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct geographical research to develop lists of potential customers.
  • Continuously generate leads and quotes to maintain Steel Silo Sales.
  • Develop, expand, and sell Steel Silos and select customers or markets .
  • Maintain existing customers sales and post sales support, service/repair, and installation as required. Technical team will support.
  • Visit customer's site to evaluate customer requirements and competitive situation. Determine pricing level. Propose appropriate solution, prepare and present proposal.
  • Work with management to analyze current market environment in territory and create yearly long and short term action plan to build future value by increasing market share, open new markets, building customer base and meeting corporate goals and quotas.
  • Attend trade shows and other miscellaneous events to generate sales, sales leads and customer contacts.
  • Manage expense levels at or below given budget and complete monthly expense reports.
  • Ensure timely communications of all reports and data to manager.
