Procurement and Logistic Responsible

To carry out the activities of searching, finding, purchasing and delivering of the requested item(s). Mostly these activities require being in contact with foreign manufacturers and suppliers so that the requested item(s) are found in the desired qualities, at the best possible price and delivery time in order to realize the purchase of the products / services needed in line with the end user’s policies and targets.

·         To evaluate all the received PR (product request) and try to find the exact/relevant manufacturer/suppliers in order to complete a successful procurement process

·         To investigate alternative suppliers (for better pricing possibilities)

·         Must have a good written and spoken English and Turkish, knowledge of German and Russian languages is a plus

·         To be able to make fast and correct calculations and prepare offers for the customers

·         Advanced computer skills and knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint),

·         Problem solving competency, to be open to learn and target oriented thinking

·         Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and function with minimal supervision

·         Flexible and adaptable

·         Operates with integrity and honesty

·         To keep daily, weekly and monthly records of all the computed activities
