• Apxpress is a global Trim Supplier in textile.  
• Provides excellent customer service consistent with the daily service basics of the brand
• There is no fee to help staff carry or transport.
• Executes and supports Apxpress’s Customer Service Standards and company’s Brand Standards
• Required to be active in every stage of order ( from receipt of the order, after being shipped to the customer)
• Tracks and prepares the necessary reports.
• Closely monitor production to achieve the designated individual goals.
• Active contribution of information to other departments so that customers expectations are satisfied.
• Prepares sales reports and ensures market and customer info for further follow-up work.
• Ability to shall map out the development in his market segment and report back to Product Development Dept.

• At least 2 years experience in a similar position ( preferably in Textile Accessories industry is an asset) 
• Stay or will be able to in CORLU.  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to focus attention on details and to handle multiple tasks
• Result driven, proactive and reliable personality
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office and Outlook. 
• Ability to manage telephone& mail traffic in English.  
• The ability to work as part of a team
• The ability to manage communication between other Apxpress offices
• The ability to work in an office environment
