Aranan Nitelikler
Tercihen Üniversitelerin Turizm ve Otelcilik bölümlerinden mezun,
- İyi derecede İngilizce bilgisine sahip,
- Otelimizin tüm gece operasyonundan sorumlu olacak,
- Alanında ve/veya Önbüro departmanında en az 2yıl deneyim sahibi olmak
- Sorumluluk sahibi, sonuç odaklı, yaratıcı, dinamik, dışa dönük,
- Yönetim ,planlama, organizasyon ve problem çözme konularında yetkin,
- Esnek çalışma saatlerine uyum sağlayabilecek,
- Opera ve MS Office programlarını etkin kullanabilen,
- Ekip çalışması yürütebilecek, sorumlu olduğu departman personellerini eğitebilecek,
- Misafir memnuniyetini ön planda tutan ve disiplinli,
