Our company LLC “ATA” is an Ukrainian manufacturing, distribution and trading company with Turkish investors established in 1998 in Kiev, Ukraine. Our company is mainly focused on production and packaging of sugar products and holding the major market share for many years in Ukraine in packaged sugar sales.
By the end of 2013, ATA has entered West African market by opening a new production facility in Lagos, Nigeria. The offshoot company in Nigeria is named Dogan’s Sugar Limited and currently employing 187 Nigerians and 9 expatriates mostly from Turkey.
General tasks of Managıng Director:
- Managing other executive directors,
- Planning and managing finance, effectively managing expenses,
- Understanding the needs of the market and pioneering launch of new products and markets,
- Efficiently managing supply chain, production, logistics and HR cycles,
- Building new business and political connections for the company.
- Reporting to head office on plans and activities.
