TECHNICAL PROCUREMENT ENGINEER

BENART is a Professional entertainment project company who execute design and application of large scale projects such as theatres, cultural centers, technology & simulation museums, theme parks/entertainment centers. Company Head Office is located in Seyrantepe, Istanbul.
 
We are seeking “Technical Procurement Engineer” for our company,

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Architectural Faculties
• 3+ years of commercial or procurement experience in electronics preferably in LV systems such as Fire Detection , CCTV , Perimeter Security Systems , PAVA (Public Adress Voice Alarm) , Access Control ,pro audio, lighting and visual systems
• A proven record of selection of suppliers, negotiations and contract management
• Experience in logistics operations
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Good communication skills
• Excellent computer skills a must especially in MS Office
• Details and result oriented
• B type driving license and no obstacles to travel
• Military service must be completed for male candidates

• Research potential new suppliers, support of negotiating and partly negotiate supplier quotations and contracts on behalf of the company procedure to obtain favorable prices, terms and conditions of payment and service levels
• Preparation of inquiries, RFP’s, technical/commercial clarification and issue of the PO for both local and import materials / products / services
• Preparation of the contracts Agreements and selection of Contractors
• Technical comparison and evaluation of bids for compliance with requisition and applicable standards
• Evaluate all factors involved, and negotiate lowest price and requested delivery.
• Clarify and negotiate contractual/commercial issues
• Follow customs clearance operations of confirmed import orders for materials, spare parts, samples and finished goods on time with optimum cost and in accordance with the existing laws and legislation
• Control import/export operation costs and forwarding the invoices in coordination with accounting department
