Research&Development and Sourcing Specialist

- The candidate is expected to manage the sourcing, buying and production follow up steps from domestic, European and Far East suppliers.

- Following up every step of production and import through various suppliers and third parties.

- Agree on critical path with factories and quote reasonable delivery dates according to company demands.

- Bachelors degree in Textile Engineering
- New graduate or maximum 2 years experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in English
- Should be able to communicate with suppliers overseas.
- Good technical knowledge
- Well organized and strong daily follow up skills. Problem solving and management of critical paths
- Negotiations and communication abilities and result oriented
- Good knowledge of computer literacy
- No restrictions for traveling abroad
