Job description:

  • Applies appropriate financial policy on the basis of the purchasing and sales plan, i.e. proposes providing and use of financial assets under the annual and operational financial plans;
  • Prepares annual, monthly and weekly financial plans and is responsible for monitoring and implementation thereof;
  • Prepares reports, information, analysis, reviews and other materials required within the scope of duties;
  • Prepares monthly business plans of the Company operations for director/founder;
  • Cooperates with commercial banks and other financial organizations in regard with providing financial assets;
  • Responsible for monitoring and planning of current liquidity of the Company, including the control of collection of receivables;
  • Responsible for payment transactions, including the plan and all payments;
  • Responsible for accuracy and correctness of all financial statements, internal and external;
  • Responsible for correct application of all positive regulations and standards within the scope of work;
  • Responsible for monitoring and reporting on budget implementation in accordance with budget plan for each year;
  • Responsible for budget implementation within the scope of his/her responsibility;
  • Monitors and analysis efficiency of all balance positions of the Company;
  • Tests various controlling instruments as well as a number of economic indicators and selects those which in the best way present the most important parameters for evaluation of the Company operations;
  • Determines positive and negative trends of the financial operations, and proposes improvements;
  • Advises director in regard with management of the financial assets and management of the planned resources for future needs;
  • Complies with the decision on business secrets of the Company;
  • Responsible for knowledge and observance of legal regulations and standards within the scope of work;
  • Performs other duties in accordance with supervisor’s orders

Terms and Conditions:

  • University degree, Bachelor of Economics;
  • Minimum 3 (three) years relevant work experience;
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and spoken Turkish; 
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and spoken English;
  • Knowledge of Bosnian, Croatian or Serbian language is an asset, but not mandatory;
  • Excellent computer skills;
  • Driver’s license.
