Job Description
Promptly, politely and accurately handles all telephone reservations according to corporate standard handles all incoming reservation faxes/correspondence and processes them within the same day the reservation are received
Accepting and keeping records of advanced deposits on reservations.
Used proper procedures to change or cancel reservations
Handling customer concern properly
Responsible for all other duties assigned.
Required Skills
University degree preferred or equivalent experience,
One to three years reservation experience required,
Good command of English,
Intermediate level Ms Office skills.
