Head Accountant

• Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including General Ledgers, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable

• Perform monthly, quarterly and yearly close of financial statements and preparation of cash flow analysis and close package. Submit all financial statements to TR authorities, based on local regulations.

• Prepare month end accrual activities, account reconciliation, journal entries, reporting and balance sheet reconciliation

• Support for local statutory financial reporting and tax statutory compliance

• Coordinate and liaise with company secretary, external & internal auditors, tax agent, bankers and other statutory bodies

• Ensure compliance of statutory reporting requirements and group accounting policies

• Assist in any other general administrative or human resource duties if required and directed

• Any ad-hoc assignments as assigned by superior.

• Minimum qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent

• Minimum 2/3 years working experience in preferably MNC company

• Relevant experience in an international environment (a company that trade on local market , but having a foreign supplier) will be an added advantage

• Proficiency in MS Office applications

• Good analytical and problem solving skills

• Strong communication and interaction skills.

• Result-oriented, pro-active and able to work under minimum supervision.

• Able to meet tight deadline.

• Prepare full set of financial statements.

• Perform monthly inventory costing/valuation.

• Prepare and review tax computation.

• Assist in financial reporting in accordance with Companies Act 1965, applicable Financial Reporting Standards and Group Accounting Policies.

• Implement internal controls, policies and procedures for Finance Department.

• English Proficiency is must
