Customer Support Supervisor

Our company is a global company committed to supplying the highest quality textile labelling, ticketing and point of sale products required by retailers and manufacturers worldwide. Our business has grown over the years in line with our customers needs with Head Office based in the UK and other strategically placed Production Centres throughout the world. We are seeking for a team member specialised in a field as a Customer Support Supervisor for Istanbul office.

*Customer Support and Production Supervisor

-Handling day to day customer queries

-Receiving orders and distributing to studio.

-Manage and follow up production according to priorities and lead times according to an action plan. Responsible for distribution jobs to rotary team accordingly.

-Reporting weekly production status.

-Reporting studio and production personnel performance on a monthly base

-Rotary fabric stock management

-Ability to work as a team leader and handle production issues efficiently

Skills •University degree •Experience in textile label business and well connections is an asset. •Strong initiative, business competence, good organizational skills, advanced communication and teamwork skills, result-oriented, customer focus and analytical skills •Good command of written and spoken English •Experienced with MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) •No military service obligation for male candidates •Driving licence
