For their fast growing business we are looking for a Project Manager, who is tech savvy, creative, well organized and with a proven track record of success in project and people management to the satisfaction of our client’s customer, who is a major player on telecommunication.
- Utilize and optimize specific projects and targets while keeping processes in line
- Identify risks and take actions to keep quality at the standard as agreed with the customers
- Communicate customers internal and external to keep customer retention
- Team leadership, motivate and mentor your team by situational and modern leadership-styles
- KPI responsibility on typical Call Center objectives like SL, HCR, PKI
- Resources planning and Workforce management
- Reporting and forecasts
- Quality assurance and management
- MS-Office skills, IT Basics Know How
- Very good knowledge of both spoken and written German and English
- Call Center and Leadership experience
- Outstanding, positive communications
- Willingness to perform in a high pace environment and being a role model for motivation
For this position we are looking for an experienced call center project manager who is very solution, goal and result oriented, who is analytical and make strategic decisions. Team orientation is most important although we look for entrepreneurial thinking and proactive behaviours.

An international consulting company is seeking a member of team with the following specification
BSc degree in Engineering and/or Architecture as a minimum
Good command of English (speaking,reading and writing)
Full computer literacy
Turkish is an asset
Preferably 15 years but a minimum of 10 years of professional experience
Preferably 7 years but a minimum of 5 years experience ( on behalf of the Employer) as a team leader/project manager in construction supervision of any kind of building,
Experience in at least one construction project implemented with FIDIC Conditions of Contract as a supervisor or contractor,
Experience in at least one renovation and/or rehabilitation construction project
Having experience in claims management with FIDIC is an asset
