Responsibilities:
The position involves taking/making calls in English and Turkish, writing e-mails and informing the customers according to the data in the system. As a customer service representative for Turkish Airlines, your task will be to handle our clients' questions and requests in an effective and pleasant way, with complete professionalism and to the very best of your ability.
