Starting immediately, we are looking for a "Senior Human Resources Specialist" located in our new office in İzmir.

• Execute the corporate recruitment strategy to ensure to attract and retain the best candidates and increase company reputation as an employer-of-choice.
• Coordinate the recruiting process for various positions while optimizing the quality of new hires, time to hire and cost to hire.
• Display of  job advertisements, conducting telephone interviews and job interviews
• Planning and preparation of training groups.
• Cooperation with the management team in developing talent and implement effective HR policies to support company business objectives.Managing the attrition of the team and ensuring the exit tracking and process implementation.
• Promote, support and enforce the process of effective performance reviews and exit interviews.
• Constantly develop and maintain the job description data base and candidate data base.
• Support communication activities and employee retention programs.
• Creation of warnings, notices and certificates.
• Work closely with employees and managers, the clients and the payroll together.
• Follow-up day-to-day HR business including administration with local HR Team.
• Take part in the internal development process for the employees.
• Periodical reporting of all tasks.

Desired Skills and Experience

Your Experience, Knowledge & Personality:

• University degree in relevant fields (psychology,human resources or equivalent)
• HR generalist background in Turkish labour law, recruitment, people management, training development.
• Excellent MS Office knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills in Turkish and German - written as well as spoken – and very good skills in English.
• Excellent communication and effective relationship building skills.
• Human focus drive (results&solution focused, flexible / adaptable)
• Ability to work independently within a fast-paced team environment; this includes providing HR guidance and expertise to all levels of the company.
• Highly organized with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Multi-tasking and analytical skills.
