Having been active in the construction and trade in Africa and successfully completed numerous projects for public and private sectors we looking for an executive/administrative assistant for our General Manager.
* Bachelor’s Degree in preferably economic or technical institute
* Minimum 2 years of working experience as an Administrative Assistant
* Fluency in English both written and spoken,
* Ability to produce and interpret accurate reports, minutes and data.
* Good knowledge of MS Office
* Strong communication skills, both verbally and written
* Ability to communicate effectively, confidentially and professionally with a wide range of people
* Excellent planning and organizational skills and time management,
* Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and pays attention to detail.
* Presenting information clearly and effectively
* No travel restrictions* Preparing presentations and project files
* Adaptable with the flexible working hours
* Scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings, events and travel arrangements,
* Participates to the meetings when required,
* Assists preparation of documents, materials, agendas of the meetings as needed,
* Proactively identifies and resolves executive needs,
* Drafting and preparing documents such as reports,
* Managing incoming and outgoing calls and e- mails,
* Acts as the representative of the Partners in welcoming third parties and business partners as well as other guests.
* Perform administrative and procedural duties as required for effective operation of the management.
* Support to coordinate and organize all local and international meetings, congresses etc.
* Ensure that all local and international travel and residence arrangements are made in line with the standard operational procedures.
* Prepare presentations and reports for the management as required
