Revenue and Reservation Supervisor

İş Tanımı

  • Develop in conjunction with Director of Sales & Marketing the hotel policies and procedures regarding revenue management and sales strategies for reservations and sales departments.
  • Update and maintain the PMS system in terms of available inventory, rates, group lose-it rates, transient and group demand forecast, selling strategies.
  • To assure that rate quotation guidelines are updated on a daily basis.
  • Update Cevahir Hotel reservation system on a daily basis in terms of room availability and rate structure to reflect hotel yield strategies and update hotel description and promotional opportunities.
  • Control room availability in Property Management System to obtain the maximum potential revenue for each room type.
  • Update and maintain trace, option, cut-off dates for groups in all systems.
  • Control and ensure the group blocks are maintained correctly in Opera.
  • Perform bi-monthly audits of Opera to assure that all systems share the same information.
  • To follow up daily competition analysis
  • Prepare revenue management reports for the hotel and corporate office such
  • Actively participation in budget preparation process
  • Chair regular revenue management meetings with GM, DOSM, FOM, Reservations Manager, Sales Managers
  • Attend monthly sales meetings
  • To assist the DOSM with any special projects or promotions.
  • Responsible for managing room authorizations, rates and restrictions.
  • Responsible for defining sales strategy, identifying and communicating strategic opportunities, developing the business plan, and overall management of analysis, business evaluation and inventory management.
  • Responsible for forecasting, analysis and critique, competitive assessment, and revenue and profit opportunities.
  • Responsible for selling the right product to the right customer at the right time for the right price.Effectively manage pricing strategy in all distribution channels including branded web, 3rd party sites and the GDS
  • Formulating retail pricing structure, providing guidance on corporate transient negotiated pricing, group pricing for each group, wholesale pricing and acceptance
  • Ensuring effective pricing strategies are in place to reflect asset strength relative to the competition in each market

  • Experience in 5 star hotels as a Revenue Manager 
  • Advanced English communication skills

  • Ability in following up daily and long term agendas
  • Result oriented, strong persuasion skills
