Job Description / Responsibilites

To provide a solution for the problems in the operation and the client side and report to the director.
To organise meetings with team leaders to get informations about performances, quality targets, performances of the agents etc. and transfer the information from the top management.
To prepare raports about income / expenses about project, project targets such as productivity, corporate clients needs, organizational needs etc.
To meet the demands from the clients, to ensure continuity of the calls. To get in touch with the related departments or the clients if any problems happen.
To control the gross profit of the montly invoice, communicate with the client and manage the process.
To interview with the team leaders about their monthly and yearly performances and contribute their development.
To follow the training needs of the team members and team leaders and plan the trainings if necessary.
To control the salary, bonuses and performances of the team leaders and the team members.
To follow the annual permits of the team.
To follow the result of the corporate customer satisfaction survey and take action.

Be fluent in English & have an excellent command of the English
Experienced in the automotive sector,
At least 4 years experience in the Call Center Industry,
At least 2 years experience in the management field,
Experienced in managing a team and an operation. Have strong organisational and administrative skills,
Experience of working in a pressurised, dynamic and target-driven environment / work place,
Have a high stress tolerance with an ability to solve problems,
Be a confident and enthusiastic communicator.
