Financial Controller

Job Description

- Monthly financial reporting to headquarters and local management

- Operational budgeting, actual benchmarking and forecasting and follow-up

- Monthly closing process control

- Controlling the accuracy of the financial statements and reports by using various analytical tools,

- Developing analytical tools to increase efficiency of processes, etc.

- Review of operational performance with Business Unit Managers, co-develop and/or  propose actions plans

- Continuous review of operations with focus on streamlining operations, increasing efficiency, cost-benefit analysis

- Assist in development of sales strategy and long term plan of various Business Units

- Work with cross functions such as HR, Purchasing and IT to further integrate processes and increase synergy

Required Skills

- University degree from a reputable university,

-  Minimum 3 years of experience either in financial controlling and reporting or assurance and/or tax department of a reputable audit company,

- IFRS/IAS knowledge and reporting orientation,

- Excellent command of English and MS Office applications,

- Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels,

- Strong organizational and analytical skills,

- Good interpersonal and communication skills,
