İş Tanımı

  • Performs financial and accounting related activities for all overseas projects
  • Manages account payable and receivable activities
  • Ensures all invoices are resolved in an efficient and timely manner
  • Ensures financial and accounting statements are prepared in accordance to company rules & local country rules and regulations
  • Defines all invoices into appropriate financial class and provides documentation for accounting purposes
  • Evaluates financial documents for correctness and completeness
  • Generates financial transaction records for collections, invoices, payments, expenses, revenues, etc. for reference purposes
  • Processes payment requests for all internal and external payments
  • Monitors and claims all payments, receives departmental and systematic approvals
  • Monitors expense reports, travel request forms, all payment vouchers created by project staff for accuracy and compliance with policies & procedures and contracts
  • Claims for payment with appropriate updates and documentation if needed
  • Registers and reports all outstanding payments
  • Maintains accurate documentation for financial operations and transactions
  • Reviews sales and collections to identify discrepencies if any
  • Performs month end closing activities such as revenue accounting, expense accounting, account reconciliation, etc.
  • Reviews profit and loss statements to identify gaps and find relevant solutions
  • Ensures timely and accurate funding of all projects
  • Addresses financial issues and inquiries in a timely manner
  • Responds to third party inquiries, researches and resolves problems, corrects errors and refers most complex issues to Project Manager
  • Monitors all contracts with all project teams; regarding of end dates, auto-renewing clauses and financial terms.
  • Maintains accurate financial data and reports for submission to senior management
  • Interprets the company's financial results to management and recommend improvement activities
  • Prepares daily/monthly/annual/ad hoc financial reports
  • Engages in ongoing cost reduction analyses in all areas of the projects
  • Monitors project budgets and discusses variances with Project Directors and BoD on a monthly basis
  • Meets regularly with project teams to review budgets, discuss accuracy of expenditures, and implements changes with the management
  • Implements procurement policies and procedures
  • Maintains long-term storage of all financial records in paper or digital form for efficient retrieval for analysis and for audit purposes
  • Initiates and completes forms for new or terminating employees
  • Tracks and updates annual inventories

Aranan Nitelikler

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or in another related field
  • Min 5 years of professional experience in handling financial transactions&duties/financial reporting
  • Knowledge of standard accounting procedures
  • Advanced level/skill in Microsoft Office programs and capability with any variety of additional computer programs relevant to finance, budgeting, accounting or other financial areas
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English
  • Provides concise and articulate communication to include routine contact via phone, emails and memos, requiring outstanding verbal and written skills
  • Effective interpersonal skills with the ability of team working
  • Highly motivated and capable of performing in a complex and large multinational environment
  • Ability to establish work priorities and provide follow through to ensure completion, maintenance of standards, and resolve problems
  • Must be able to work independently, be flexible in working hours and able to maintain positive working relationships
  • No obstacle for travelling abroad
  • No military obligation for male candidates
