Human Resources Manager

As a key strategic business partner in the organization he/she is expected to manage the HR function for the successful management and development of the Foundation and its affiliated institutions.

Principal Accountabilities:     

Support the Foundation’s business strategy.

• Participate in strategy definition and implementation for a sustainable and profitable and profitable overall business results
• Work with and support other functions to ensure they obtain overall strategic objectives

Strengthen and leverage the organization

•   Clarify roles, set performance standarts and coach the senior management team
•   Facilitate a positive and productive work environment, while providing an exciting and rewarding place to work
•   Ensure the development of manpower plans, rewards and training plans to strengthen and leverage the organization
•   Steward of HR function
•   Credible advocate for the Organization’s Values

Management

•   Coordinate overall best practices tools implementation to ensure field readiness
•   Coach others to implement and sustain HR processes and tools
•   Develop and maintain to maximize career development and optimal Foundation resources 

Link objective setting process to align individual performance with business outcome

•   8-10 years in the field of human resources
•   Experience in a multinational company and/or foundation
•   Degree in social science, business administration or related fields
•   Passion for making a difference in a non-profit organization and social responsibility environment
•   Ability to lead, strategize, execute and deliver results with a hands on approach
•   A high sense of accountability and ownership
•   Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•   Strong analytical and problem solving skills
•   People leadership skills
•   Change management skills
•   Ability to balance and adhere to the needs of a wide range of stakeholders, working with all levels of an organisation
