Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities in related fields or disciplines (master’s degree will be an asset),

Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in a Human Resources area preferably in technology sector and familiar with all HR functions,

Proficiency in MS Office Applications,

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and independently as required,

Strong sense of judgment and discretion,

Exceptional personal initiative, leadership, motivational and organizational skills, beside well-developed planning, communication and commercial skills. Sound knowledge of methods for reporting project progress and financial compliance against an agreed plan,

Performs administrative aspects of human resources,

Collaborates with management to conduct the candidate identification and selection process, supports the managers in hiring the right people and provide the new employees an effective orientation experience.

Manages the employment process for all positions with the creation of effective recruiting/advertising campaigns and programs.

Advices managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures; train and guide managers through the hiring process.

Partners with agencies and search firms to outsource recruitment efforts as needed, negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships.

Conducts employee orientation, proper completion of new hire paperwork, development and training.

Evaluates, analyze, and document current HR processes and partners with management to ensure strategic HR goals, policies, and programs are aligned with business initiatives.

Establishes employee interaction platform to continuously improve employee relations.

Acts as a role model and motivate and stimulate the people to act according to the company’s values.

Coordinates visa and work permits for internationally hired staff.

Collaborates with all groups within the HR function, translate business strategies and objectives into the appropriate HR actions and initiatives.
