Operational Excellence Director

We are looking for the person that will help revolutionize the aftersales of automotive industry in Turkey.

We are an international service provider in the area of process development services for the automotive industry, operational leasing companies, insurance companies and big automotive fleets ; providing modular services that implements process optimizations up to complete outsourcing solutions for our customers.

JOB DESCRIBTION:

The Operational Excellence Director reports to the founder and is responsible for establishing the company’s operational vision, processes and operation and leading all aspects of the company’s process development and operations. He is the company top operational executive, playing an integral role in the company’s strategic direction, development, and future growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Work with the founders and international partners , to lead operational planning and processes to achieve business goals by excellent processes,
• Work with the international partner to benchmark the successful international processes with local potential demands,
• Work closely with the founder, to lead the execution of technology strategy for technology platforms, partnerships, and external relationships for process and technology
• Managing the operation team that provides complete outsourcing services to existing customers , (20 + employees)
• Initiation of technology related services
• Play a key role to grow the revenues and leadership
• Anticipate and react to major technology changes to ensure the maintenance of company leadership in the competitive landscape. 
• Develop and monitor department budgets and forecasts. 

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS :

• Five (5) years minimum of experience of similar position. Experience within the automotive services industry with a multi-product, multi-market service provider
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 
• Proven technology management leader
• Bachelor’s Degree is required in computer science, business administration, or a math, physics, or relevant engineering discipline.
• Strong focus on performance and delivery; results oriented.
•  Proficient in English and Turkish.
