Operations Manager

We are looking for an Operations Manager to our company which is redefining the way consumers and businesses buy wireless services through leading product and service innovation;

 

Be responsible for identifying, planning and executing initiatives to improve frontline operational experience. (includes partnering with Procurement, Vendors, Marketing, Store Development and other cross functional teams to understand and prioritize business needs.)

 

Be responsible for providing guidance and prioritization to a team of analyst to ensure the most impactful problems are being solved.

 

Be responsible reporting program results and metrics to leadership.

 

Require competency in customer focus, change & innovation, strategic thinking, relationship building & influencing, talent management, results focus and inspirational leadership;

•Analyze complex problems, understand company's risks, and design operational changes

•Manage multiple cross functional projects, provide status, manage risks, issues and measure KPIs

•Conduct operational and assessments to identify risks, gaps and propose solutions

Minimum Required

 

Bachelors’ Degree or a minimum of 4 years’ experience in any combination of

program management, retail sales, Care or operations support

 

3+ years’ work experience in operations

 

2+ years’ experience in organizational programs, contract management, or related area.

 

2+ years of supervisory or program management experience.

 

1+ year experience working cross-functionally

 

Demonstrated experience managing and implementing medium to large programs, including identifying, maintaining, and/or adjusting the cost, scope, and resources, managing vendors, and overseeing the formal planning, tracking, and reporting of program performance.

 

Demonstrated ability to work independently. Self-starter.

 

Strong program management skills and knowledge of best practices.

 

Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills (oral and written).

 

Strong analytical skills

 

Strong skills with the following programs: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access

 

Desired

 

Advanced SharePoint and Excel skills

 

Strong experience identifying and influencing partners to implement operational and process improvements.

 

Wireless Telecom experience

 

License or Certification (PMP/PMI or formal project management methodology experience or training)
