- Management of existing customers
- Development of new customers, new regions, new channels and in general all the business opportunities that the sector may present.
- Prepares market development/new solutions sales strategies, enhancing new market development initiatives,
- Prepares and following daily, monthly and annual plans align with the global and national strategies,
- Lead and manage dealers to reach their quantity and quality targets.
- To take needed precautions by observing dealer’s sales performance
- Following -up and searching industry specific developments and reporting those systematically.
- To control and promote dealers for managing sales processes in related brand standards.
- To determine, apply and develop key performance indicators.
- Coordinating and controlling available agents in Turkey and abroad.
- Visiting customers regularly and systematically, identifying trends, developing and understanding customers’ needs and resolving their problems
- Responsible for close follow up of offers, orders, sampling and approval process
- Preparing periodic sales reports, forecasts, detailed project lists, monitoring and evaluating trend movements and competitor activities
- Organizing workshops, company presentations and support for the preparation of exhibitions
Aranan Nitelikler
- BS/MS degree in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of experience on sales / business development
- General knowledge of international trade
- Age between 35-45
- An excellent command of English
- Good knowlege of MS Office
- Able to work independently and target-focused
- Team worker, team leader and problem solver
- Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical thinking skills
- Having high motivation for business and project development
- No restriction for travelling in and out of country
- Must have exceptional organizational, supervisory skills
- Ability to take own initiative
- Excellent self-organisation
- Strong in customer contacts
- A driving licence (Class B )
- No military obligation for male candidates
