Welding Engineer

• University degree from Mechanical; Metalurgy and Welding Engineering and other related engineering faculties ,
• International Welding Engineer Diploma will be prefferred
• Minimum 3-4 year experienced in automotive and railway industry is prefferred
• Good command of English both written and oral
• No military obligation for male candidates
• Able to travel in Turkey & abroad
• Should have driving licence
• Able to work in Sincan Industrial Zone

• Provide the necessary welding skills and leadership to the Engineering and Operational Departments to achieve optimal levels of safety, quality,productivity and delivery to assure internal customer satisfaction
• Provide key input into the development of departmental strategic goals along with identifying key measurable to support the departmental goals
• Recommend and develop preventative maintanence procedures for  all plant welding equipment including robotic systems.Evaluate processes and procedures to maintain or improve weld parameters and weld efficiency
• Assist in development of the weld quality control process
• Guides design, develops and tests welding methods, materials, processeses and results
• Support Quality Department in maintaining weld integrity. Interface with manufacturing and maintanence to resolve welding and welding system issues.
