We are looking for Assembly Chief Engineer who will be a member of our Production Department.

Responsible for day to day management of workshop staff.
Responsible for ensuring the smooth and safe running of the workshop and operations.
Attending relevant internal and external meetings and providing Minutes of Meeting reports to Production Manager as required.
Being responsible for all production activities.
Working closely with tight deadline to ensure that engineering standards are maintained.
Mentoring key engineers and identifying requirements for skill development.
Motivating and coaching the team to operational success.
Develop, implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for each area of responsibility.
Developing efficient teamwork and communication with all departments.
Consistently managing performance firmly and fairly.
Responsible for preparation of weekly and monthly reports in line with the demands of the management.

University Graduate (Mechanical Engineer)
Not older than 35 years old.
At least 5 years of working experience and 3 yaers of experience in a smilar position.
Fluent in English & in Turkish languages.
Good at MS Office Programs especially PPT, Excel, Word and other related software.
Having a valid driving license and active driver.
Railway and/or automotive industry experience is preffered.
Foreign companies working experience is preferred.
Able to travel in Turkey & abroad.
Strong analytical, leadership and communication skills.
Initiative taker, self-assertive, proactive, careful, tidy, self-motivated, energetic approach.
Living in Ankara. (preferably near to Sincan)
Completed military service. (for male candidates)
In good health.
