Purpose of the position : Build up and develop the sales and marketing strategies while supporting the general manager of the company. Act as the hub between the management,clients and the employees. 

Job Description : 

- Taking active part in Operational Management of the company by assisting the General Manager and partners 
- Making related market researches and preparing related reports 
- Managing the Business Development process; Planning, organizing and pursuing the Business Development process
- Making related pre-sales activities to improve the client acquisition 
- Applying related marketing strategies and organizing related signature events etc. 
- Scheduling the appointments with the senior executives of global 2000 companies 
- Supporting the general manager at the senior executive searches with the candidate mapping 
- Arranging the mail,phone and related trafic of the partners 
- Act as the backup for the partners of the company and take actions when necessary 

- University degree in business administration, psycology, sociology and/or related social sciences 

- Average 2 years experience in a multinational environment preferably in Sales/Executive Assistant/Marketing 

- Excellent command of English language (Active usage), preferably additional European language knowledge 

- Excellent presantation skills with the corporate mindset with excellent communication skills both in writing and speaking 

- Excellent time management,planning and organization skills 

- Good knowledge of MS Office programs 

- Able and willing to work in a multinational environment 

- Good knowledge of business processes 

- Result oriented, ambitious and commercial minded with self-motivation 

- Open for innovation and feedback, challenger, detail oriented
