Dedeman Hotels & Resorts International is looking for a Revenue Manager.
We have a superb opportunity for Corporate Revenue Manager position to join our ever growing Revenue Team based in Istanbul supporting 19 Hotels in Turkey, Syria, Bulgaria, Tashkent and other countries with new projects under development. The Key position will be responsible for developing hotel’s overall pricing strategy across all segments, ensure alignment with Dedeman guidelines and maximization of revenues. By working daily with hotel senior management, the individual will direct hotels to find opportunities to grow revenues via rate management and inventory controls. Also expected to drive strategies and assist hotel management to manage inventory and pricing strategies across all distribution channels, including branded website, 3rd party websites and Dedeman internal systems. Reviewing monthly forecasts, budget and strategies of hotels in driving business and executing revenue management training programs for cluster revenue managers and hotel revenue managers is also a part of the assignment.
This is a key role within the Company, providing strategic direction and advises to the Senior Management of the hotels, so it is expected candidates will have the significant experience in Revenue Management, ideally gained a similar level and have the ability to develop long term strategies and plans. This position requires a high degree of self motivation and have the ability to work unsupervised with drive and passion to identify new business opportunities for the Hotels.

• Must have international hotel chain background and at least 3 years current experience as the Revenue Manager,
• Good command of English,
• Clear, concise and professional communication skills,
• Hands-on management style,
• Strong organizational and project management skills,
• Ability to focus attention on details and be able to organize, prioritize and follow up.
• Ability to mentor, train and develop a team-oriented team,
• Ability to travel for business meetings, presentations and events,
• Knowledge of local market is crucial.
• Must be proficient in all Windows programs and in the operation of all hotel-specific systems.
