Sales Manager

Dedeman Şanlıurfa is looking for a Sales Manager.

1. Development, determination and approval of sales policy suggestions and ensuring that the approved sales policies are applied.
2. Determination of possible customers, making some advertisement operations (visits, national and international meetings etc.) and finalising them.
3. Obtaining the required documents from the customer, creation of customer folders, ensuring that the customer information is up to date.
4. Preparation and finalisation of sales agreements.
5. Tracking of customer performance, evaluation of customer status and making decisions about the customer’s status and the commercial relations with the customer.
6. Evaluation and finalisation of credit limits
7. Evaluation of the collateral standing of the customer, determination of the collateral amount and ensuring that it is updated.
8. Tracking of late customer dues and giving the necessary support to collect them.
9. Gathering market, customer, cost information related to products/services and analysing them, development of marketing strategy scenarios (pricing, publicity, sale conditions, distribution channel etc.).
10. Preparation of the sales budget.

• Must have international hotel chain background and at least 3 years current experience as the Sales Manager,
• Good command of English,
• Clear, concise and professional communication skills,
• Leadership role in a sales function in a global business,
• Good industry knowledge and network of relationships in the industry,
• Hands-on management style,
• Strong organizational and project management skills,
• Ability to mentor, train and develop a team-oriented sales team,
• Ability to travel for business meetings, presentations and events,
• Knowledge of local market is crucial.
