BPS - Financial Analyst

Reporting
 

• Financial tracking for both monthly media payments and media plan-SAP figures alignment;

• Conducting SAP vs Media plans summary on a bi-weekly basis for all brands and all mediums and align with Media Manager and Media Agency

• Sending detailed SAP reports to media agency on a weekly basis for actuals/commitment and available budget figures alignment

• Internal and external alignment for payment / reconciliation

• Act as single point of contact for all agencies and content vendors to give information about advance payments, fees & bonuses , all SAP and financial related matters
• Partners with IMC leadership to monitor and maintain reports on productivity initiatives and progress across all IMC disciplines (Creative, Design, Digital)

 
Productivity
 

• Submit Procurement Team’s Projects & Productivity numbers to PMO Tracker and update monthly

• Bachelor of Science or Arts degree in Business Administration,  Economics or Accounting/Finance
• Minimum 2 years of experience in general accounting
• Experience in a bookkeeping / outsourcing firm is an asset
• Turkish Tax knowledge (income tax, VAT, monthly/quaterly declarations)
• Payroll knowledge (calculation and declaration)
• Customer orientated, result oriented, dynamic
• Analytical and structured thinking, strong problem solving and diagnosis skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office Applications and any accounting software
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and oral
• No military obligation for male candidates or postponed for at least 2 years
