Receptionist

This role is the first impression of Discovery to all of our visitors. Therefore we are looking for an open, friendly, proactive and service oriented individual. The position’s overall role is to manage the reception desk and support in office administration. This role has several interfaces to internal teams as well as external exposure.

Core Receptions tasks

• Visitors Service which includes check in, guest internet, and further services like taxi booking or route directions if needed
• Answering and redirection of incoming phone calls and emails to Company’s general email address
• Procurement of office supplies, soft drinks, coffee
• Mail, fax and courier services
• Preparation of conference rooms for external meetings including drinks, office equipment, catering (if required) and conference technics and closure after meetings
• Distribution of office supplies to staff
• Support the role of Office Administrator
• Main contact with the building management, security, cleaning and maintenance companies and onsite cleaner and security guard.
• Support office events

• Strong client service orientation
• Highly organised and ability to work on own initiative
• Able to cope with a fast-paced and demanding work environment
• Excellent oral and writing skills in English and Turkish
• Attention to detail
• Good communication skills / telephone manner
• Strong interpersonal skills · Team player
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Powerpoint)
