Supply Chain Scheduler (11-month-contract)

We are looking for a Supply Chain Scheduler for the Gebze plant (m/f) in the European Supply Chain organization of DOW Plastics Additives

The Supply Chain Scheduler for the Gebze plant,

• is responsible for the internal product movements (STOs) from the Gebze plant to the Alisan warehouse and the related documentation and paperwork.
• will provide back up for the Supply Chain Operations Specialist and Production Planner.
• will collaborate with production, RM suppliers, ER Supply Chain, the Alisan warehouse and the  Supply Chain Operations Specialist and Production Planner.

The main responsibilities include:

Material Flow

• Focal point for shipments to and from the Alisan warehouse
• STO handling (STO = “Stock transportation orders” = internal product movement)

Production Scheduling

• Process order management
• Link between production and ER Supply Chain

RM and packaging procurement

• mrp process (mrp = “materials requirements planning”)
• Purchase Order handling
• Link to sourcing managers

Back up for

• Supply Chain Operations Specialist and Production planner

Please note that this is an 11-month temporary role under DOW Payroll.

Skills/Profile:

• Experience in Production, Supply Chain, Customer Service, International trade (Import / Export Order Handling),
• Excellent interpersonal skills, broad planning skills,
• Proficiency in English is required
• NEA/ECC knowledge is required
• A professional level of computer literacy is a requirement.
