The Role:

We are looking for a team member who will work as Project Finance Assistant Specialist as part of the Finance / Accounting team.

In this role you will be assisting the Project Managers with the Financial Administration of their projects. Next to this you will be supporting the Resident Controller w.r.t. Project Controlling / Accounting.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for applying our project management principles to help keep our work on track from the very beginning
• Maintaining project records relating to work orders and approvals for invoicing purposes
• Producing and sending out sales invoices.
• Awareness of and proactive approach towards the current Debtor position and Credit Limits
• Provide high quality information and financial support / reporting
• Control and analysis of the projects’ financial data
• Drive the periodic project reviews and reporting cycle
• Liaison with project team members on commercial issues
• Responsible for providing key financial services to all members of the project team
• Updates budgets and forecasts in ERP, maintaining compliance with our policies

QUALIFICATIONS

• Vocational School Diploma / University degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
• 0-5 years of work experience in finance, accounting or project management field, controlling experience or project analyst, or project accounting experience
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Team oriented, having analytical thinking, result oriented and self-motivated
• Good communication and negotiation skills required
