Job description:

• Pre- and after-sales technical support and service
• Configuring product hardware and software according to customer specifications
• Testing products
• Handling and solving quality issues
• Managing site teams
• Negotiating with suppliers
• Following up product approvals and related work
• Support and take part in sales and marketing activities
• Preparation of product literature and keeping them up to date
• Training customers

• University degree in Electrical and/or Electronic engineering
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Excellent team working and inter-personal skills
• Analytical thinking and strong decision making skills
• Strong social competence
• Goal orientation
• Able to take initiative and responsibility
• Strong planning skills
• Turkish citizen
• Good command of MS Office
• Completed military service for male applicants
• Having a valid driving license
• No restriction for travelling (both domestic & abroad)
• Work experience in a related field is a plus
