İş Tanımı
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly managing reports (ie: HR payroll report, receivable and payable aging anaylsis, fixed asset registiration related reports, reconciliations with financial statements, and other add hoc analysis)
- Accurate and timely management reporting,
- Response customer requests
- Follow up timely tax payments and preparation of tax declarations
- Follow up invoice payments
- Support YMMM certification process by providing data and documentation,
- Check the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents and records,
- Administer monthly account closings and ensure compliance with deadlines by proactive planning, communication with stakeholders and coordinating with other team members
- Daily bookkeeping activities
- Files all required documents – legal documents, invoices, slips, etc.
- Managing day to day accounting records
- Recording and controlling payroll
- Perform daily accounting functions ( bank transactions, sales and purchase invoices, import export transactions etc.)
- Management of daily cash flow, relations with banks and check payments done by both
- Reporting directly to the Accounting Manager for both statutory and management.

Aranan Nitelikler
- At least bachelor degree in relevant departments of universities
- Min. 2-3 years accounting experience
- Excellent knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and particularly Excel
- Good understanding of Turkish accounting system, tax regulations as well as IFRS
- Ability to interpret financial data and strong analytical skills
- Excellent knowledge of English, written and spoken
- Experience on preparation of financial reports
- Great attention to detail and accuracy
- Motivated to go extra mile and grow in his/her career within an international company
- Experience with “Mikro” is an advantage
