Evento Textiles is the producer of customized textile decorations for the Hospitality & Event industry located in Antalya.

 

We are looking for a Planning & Purchasing Assistant to fulfil the tasks of daily office administration between Sales & Planning departments.

 

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Order Administration

-          Order Entry

-          Emailing order confirmation to customers

-          Follow up on pending orders & possible changes

-          Follow up on delivery dates

-          Track & Trace the orders online for delivery

 

  • Invoice Administration

-          Invoice Entry

-          Emailing the invoices to customers

-          Follow up on payments & sending the reminders

 

  • Purchasing

-          Order Entry

-          Follow up delivery & possible changes

-          Organising the receivable procedures - administration

 

Education and Experience

 

  • High school,university diploma or equivalent
  • Fluency in English (written as well as oral)
  • Knowledge on computer applications
  • Knowledge on customer service principles and practices
  • Knowledge on administrative procedures
  • Below 30 year
  • Only Female candidates
