HR Generalist

We are looking for “ HR Generalist “  for our Multinational Customer located Istanbul / Europe.

Candidate will be in charge of the following HR management tasks in the region: recruitment and selection/labor contract management /compensation & benefits management/performance appraisal/employee relations management/ expat management/ training and development etc.

• Carry out the International HR policies of the Company,
• Operating, developing and implementing recruitment processes to ensure all relevant vacancies are filled appropriately,
• Execute all matters pertaining to personnel  for hiring and exiting process of employees and maintaining and updating personnel files,
• Follow-up annual leave of employees and prepare periodic reports,
• Responsible for resident permit and follow up all necessary government procedures in taking the work permits to expats.

• Bachelor’s degree majoring in HRM or related subjects;
• Min. 5 years of experience in all HR functions and from multi-national company,
• Experience to communicate and report to regional contacts,
• Fluent in both written and spoken English,
• Preferably  experience in payroll process,
• Strong knowledge of Labour Law and SGK regulations,
• Strong PC skills including proficiency in Excel and Logo HR module,
• Result Oriented.
