Senior Accountant

FAS Danışmanlık professional recruitment consultancy company, specialising in the placement of candidates with Finance&Accounting divisions for middle and up level.
Our client is an American multinational corporation that provides technology for electronic payment transactions and value-added services at the point-of-sale.

• Maintaining accurate statutory accounting and financial statements,
• Responsible for the operation of all accounting systems and records,
• Controlling and doing bookkeeping activities,
• Performing financial reconciliation and performing inter-company reconciliations;
• Preparation of BA&BS forms and all tax decleration forms
• To prepare the tax returns including the quarterly and annual corporate income tax return , monthly VAT return, quarterly withholding tax return, stamp tax return.
• To perform accounting activities required to maintain the general ledger on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy of posting
• To ensure compliance with statutory rules and regulations
• Assists month-end and year-end financial reporting based on accounting procedures and internal controls.

• Bachelor's Degree in Economics,Business Administration and other related areas,
• 5  years of experience in a similar position,
• Experience in a multinational company is preferred,
• Experience in General Ledger Reconciliations,
• Good command in English ,both written and verbal,
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written,
• Ability to keep up with strict deadlines,
• Strong communication skills and dynamism,
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Oracle,
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes,
• Problem-solving skills,
