Procees Engineer

Overview:

For our new Gebze Plant, we are looking for a fresh graduate as a Procees Engineer.

For our production lines, this position will be responsible for:

• Reporting PR, owning line results, do root-cause analysis for out of limit paramaters
• Eager to learn and follow IWS (Lean Manuf.) approach
• Close action follow-up coming from different parties
• Join/Lead networks accross other plants. Reporting on time and action completion in time are musts
• Own sub-systems and IWS (Lean Manuf.)
• Daily Management Systems
• Lead simplification and work process improvement projects on the line

• Be on the floor
• Coach line operators to follow IWS (Lean Manuf.) thinking
• Own PR, unplanned losses and planned losses on a production line, breakdown analysis, failure analysis
• Own sustainability of the results
• Own low cost maintenance techniques and plans
• Own commissioning, qualification and verification periods of new equipments
• Seek to be the best and up-to-date in equipment technologies
• Contrubute to Safety and Quality measures

Minimum Skills Required:

• B.Sc. in Electrical-Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, Computer, Control, Software Engineering
• Basic knowledge about PLC controllers, good to read in ladder diagrams
• Able to do troubleshooting in PLC programs
• Be a strong team member, strong communication skills, fluent in English
• Nice to have:
• Driving License B
• Military service completed for male candidates
• Flexible for travelling
