Quality Supervisor

Rixos Hotels is looking for 'QUALITY  SUPERVISOR' with qualifications that enable them to work in international teams in Turkey and abroad.

• Planning and leading each IBU and realted HODs to achieve ISO certification
• Managing QC tools and creating QIRs
• Leading the KPIs and overseeing MBOs cycle
• Providing KPI updates to the GM & Group Manager of Quality

Mandatory Qualifications

• University degree(Food Engineering is an asset)
• Experience in hospitality sector is a definite must
• Minumum 3 years of experience in ISO 9001 and ISO 22K systems
• Fluency in English.
• Experience in ensuring the quality of the food productions processes
• Able to give effective trainings about quality assurance
• Able to direct and coordinate other departments’ training plans

Other Qualifications

• Effective use of MS Office applications
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonel skills
• Able to travel overseas
• Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
• Result oriented work ethic with strong follow up and reporting skills
• Excellent team player and helper in development of others
