QUALITY SUPERVISOR

Frigoglass is the leading player in the global Ice-Cold Merchandisers (Beverage Coolers) market and the largest glass bottle producer in West Africa, meeting the needs of beverage companies.
 
Ensure that all operational procedures are properly implemented in line with the environmental and quality requirements. Manage and endorse conformity with the existing technical & quality specifications of the plant for incoming materials and outgoing products.

Our company is located in Silivri and has personnel service transportation to Silivri, Çerkezköy, Çorlu and İstanbul(İncirli) in the direction of E-5.

We are, as Turkey Plant of this Group, looking for canditates suitable to the following job description, with the qualifications specified;

• University degree in Engineering Faculties,
• At least 5 years of progressive leadership experience in Quality positions, with a substantial portion of experience preferably in a multinational company,
• Having good knowledge and experienced in quality assurance systems and process management,
• Auditing of ISO 9001 quality management systems qualification preferable,
• Familiar with Six Sigma Tools, SPC, 5S, Pareto analysis and Fish Bone
• Customer oriented, having advanced leadership and management skills,
• Taking initiative and having influential representation skills with a sense of responsibility,
• Having advanced analytical competencies and ability to present organizing, planning, follow-up and reporting skills,
• Remaining calm and efficient in conflict or crisis situations, resolves problems efficiently without causing anxiety to others, and reacts positively to major changes,
• Excellent command of English, (Verbal & written)
• Having comprehensive knowledge of MS Office Applications,
• Male candidates must have completed military obligation,
