FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

We are looking for 'FINANCIAL CONTROLLER' for our leading multinational company.
Preparing monthly reports according to IFRS 
Preparing of the monthly management reports and variance analysis of budgets and other financial operating reports 
Business Controlling – to support business units in the decision making process 
Preparing quarterly forecast and annual budgets, ensuring compliance of the budgets 
Follow up on KPI’s 
Reporting to company CFO and Headquarter
Key Business Partner for Top Management
Management and development of Financial Analyst

BA degree in business administration, economics or finance from a reputable university
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a corporate and international environment
Proven understanding and application of financial controlling and reporting systems
Audit experience is a plus
Very good knowledge in Turkish GAAP and IFRS
Competent in MS Office applications and reporting tools
Navision experience is an asset
Excellent command of English (written & spoken)
Strong human relations and team player attitude
