İş Tanımı

Reporting to the Sales and Business Development Director, the incumbent will be responsible for the development and management of key accounts in the secure solutions business line to ensure business growth through the introduction of new products and services. The incumbent will also be responsible for the management, profitability and growth of selected account relationship in parallel with the operations team.

 

  • To own, develop and implement key account strategies to position G4S in the in the market with major accounts.
  • To clearly identify business potential - short, mid and long term opportunities
  • To direct solution proposition within key account decision making unit up to and including CEO level
  • To liaise effectively with operations to meet customer requirements, and drive the teams to address the customer needs.
  • To involve and coordinate internal resources and to ensure optimum corporate performance levels in meeting customer requirements.
  • To ensure customer satisfaction through timely response to enquiries to enhance business growth opportunities.
  • To ensure internal operations are well controlled, completed and delivered within set timescales and company standards / policy.
  • To provide regular reports/information to the business concerning key account activities
  • To promote G4S’s image within key accounts and initiate relationship programs
  • To ensure all contract and SLA’s are followed for both internal and external customers and that deviation from these are corrected.
  • To support and lead bid preparation and tender negotiation of contracts with customers in line with company procedures and objectives

Aranan Nitelikler

  • Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects, have an understanding of marketing, and have previous sales and account management experience.
  • University degree from Engineering or Business Administration
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in corporate account management in Telco, IT or related sector preferably to have work experience as a Finance Sector Account Manager
  • Experience and knowhow in account management skills
  • Possess good organizational and time management skills
  • Results oriented and possess a strong sense of urgency
  • Self-starter and able to work independently
  • Should have an excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Should be a team player   
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English.
  • Having valid driving licence
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications
  • No obstacle for travelling 
  • Result oriented, highly motivated
  • Communication and cooperation
  • Change management / adaptability
  • Self Awareness, self confidence
  • No military obligation for male candidates
