IT Project Manager

Qualifications:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic IT Project Manager work in our Istanbul office with the following qualifications: 

• Minimum 5-10 years of project management or IT Management
• Minimum 3 years experience coordinating and/supporting IT business processes
• Solid working knowledge of current Internet technologies
• Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills
• Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Technology or related field
• Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent command of English
• Persuasive, encouraging, and motivating
• Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new Technologies
• Experience in an e-business environment is an asset
• PMP Certification or equivalent preferred

• Run complex projects from design and development to production
• Define resources and schedule for project/program implementation
• Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning
• Plan and schedule project deliverables, goals, milestones
• Direct and oversee engineering team and manages conflicts within group
• Perform team assessments and evaluations
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel
• Demonstrate leadership to define requirements for project risk
• Design and maintain technical and project documentation
• Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work
• Define requirements and plan project lifecycle deployment
• React to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently
