The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for the strategy and execution of digital media, related ecommerce activity and driving social strategy for the Turkey based Hyatt Hotels (Southeastern Europe) . This position will support hotel marketing by developing digital marketing and managing social platforms. Digital marketing efforts will include: search engine marketing (including PPC and SEO), mobile marketing, display advertising, email marketing and assisting with social media planning and execution. This position will also oversee Ecommerce activity including the management of the hotel’s web site and mini-sites.

• Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Communications,
• Minimum 3 years work experience as Digital Marketing Manager in larger operation,
• Deep understanding of changing market dynamics,
• Thorough knowledge of digital marketing principles, brand, product and service management,
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team,
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills,
• Passionate guests advocacy,
• Entrepreneurial spirit,
• Having international business experience is advantageous.
