To assist the Director of Human Resources in the smooth and efficient running of the Training Department of a 5 star international hotel chain, ensuring that all the policies and procedures outlined in the Departmental Operations Manuals are strictly adhered to. To assist the Executive Committee and Department Heads in identifying the training needs within each department. To handle and direct employee enquiries and provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service consistent with hotel standards, policies and procedures in order to maximise employee and guest satisfaction.

- Ideally with a relevant degree
- Minimum 2 years work experience as Training Manager or 3 year as Assistant Training Manager position
- Familiar with hotel Training Programmes
- Excellent organization, presentation and communication skills
- Open to new ideas, challanges and willing to develop further
- Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must
- Displays a positive attitude with good follow up
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Well developed computer knowledge
- No military obligation for male candidates
