The Online Fundraising Manager will be the main responsible for generating ideas and tools to support and develop the growth in digital fundraising; the cultivation of donors and the development of online fundraising campaigns. S/he will manage all web and social network fundraising features, working with internal resources and external suppliers to generate content. S/he will also be responsible for the development of online strategy and will carry out the implementation of the online marketing and fundraising campaigns initiatives of marketing and fundraising, making sure that all issues regard online and offline communications of this area are totally integrated in strategic planning.
Responsibilities
- Design, execution and overseeing of a long term competent and innovating national digital fundraising strategy, as well as an annual action plan for the online fundraising activities, ensuring that they are aligned with Greenpeace Mediterranean’s objectives and programs;
- Manage online acquisition campaign using online advertising, e-mail and search engine marketing;
- Manage the prospect donor program through the use of a sophisticated email marketing program;
- Define and execute strategies to increase traffic to the website and the social networks;
- Design, coordination and overseeing budgets for the use of digital and new media tools for fundraising purpose specifically;
- Manage relationships with external suppliers and media buying agencies;
- Manage the web content as well as the implementation of marketing and fundraising campaign initiatives;
- Lead the team of 2 coordinators responsible for e-mail marketing and digital media buying.
- Work with the digital communication team when needed.
Aranan Nitelikler
- Minimum 5 years professional experience in the development and implementation of fundraising (online marketing and online sales as business correspondence) and online communications strategies;
- Minimum 2 years of team management
- Experience of running online acquisition campaigns through banner advertising, affiliates;
- Knowledge of search engine marketing;
- Understanding of digital tracking and analytics;
- Understanding of email marketing;
- Proven experience in online income generation and the development of online fundraising and/or marketing strategies;
- Experience on the development and overseeing of budgets
- Experience with online content management (web and blogs) is a plus.
Languages
Fluent in English.
