Title: Owners Engineer services for the development, design, financing, supply, construction and commissioning of the 500MW lignite fired Kosova e RE power Plant Project (the “Project.”).
Intended Commencement Date: October 2016 (TBC)
Hill International is actively looking for Team Leader meeting the below minimum requirements:
- University degree, equivalent to a 4 year bachelor degree in relevant educational background
- At least 15 years of general working experience
- Experience in construction supervision of similar power plant/industrial plant projects
- Experience in working with lignite coal fired power plant projects
- Working experience with World Bank (WB) Guidelines and procedures will be considered an advantage
- Previous working experience in the Western Balkan region will be considered an advantage
